With support from the #GreenMyCity grant, 21 raised beds were installed across three community gardens in Stettler, Alberta. Filled with quality soil and surrounded by mulch walkways, the expansion improved accessibility and productivity while strengthening local food security and community connections. Guided by 17 volunteers and the Town of Stettler, the project created spaces for individuals, families, and seniors to grow their own food and laid the foundation for future biodiversity initiatives such as pollinator meadows and medicine wheel gardens.
